Terms of Service
Last updated: 4 June 2026
These terms govern your use of the Graft app and services. By creating an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Graft. Questions: hello@graft-ai.co.uk.
1. Your account
You must be 18 or over and provide accurate details. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything that happens under your account.
2. Using Graft
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app to run your trade business. You agree not to misuse it — no unlawful use, no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, and no using it to send spam or store unlawful content.
3. Your content and customers
You own the business data you put into Graft (your clients, quotes, invoices, photos and so on). You grant us the limited permission needed to host and process it so we can provide the service. You're responsible for the accuracy of that data and for handling your own customers' information lawfully.
4. Quotes, invoices and AI estimates
Graft helps you create quotes and invoices, including AI-assisted price estimates and live price look-ups. These are drafts and estimates to help you — you are responsible for reviewing every figure before sending anything to a customer. We don't guarantee that any estimate or price is accurate or current, and we're not a party to the agreements between you and your customers.
5. Payments
Where payment features are offered, payments are handled by third-party providers under their own terms. Graft is not a payment processor and is not responsible for the funds, refunds or disputes between you and your customers.
6. Availability
We work hard to keep Graft running but don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may update, change or pause features, and will give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Graft is provided "as is". We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or losses arising from estimates, missed jobs or invoices. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. As Graft is a business tool, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Ending your use
You can stop using Graft and delete your account at any time (Settings → Account). We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or misuses the service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service develops and will post the new version here. Continuing to use Graft after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
